Why are you a Board member?

I see the potential for the community action agency to be a catalyst for helping people who are unable to speak and provide for themselves. 

What is your goal as a Board member?

I want to expand SMILE's services because we have so many people who need assistance to transition into independence. I'm not talking about handouts. I'm talking about helping people become business owners and better employees. We have the tools to make a difference - we have the people, we have the talent. My goal is to also bring SMILE to a new level of independence. "
